Shipping
We ship Australia wide and internationally. For international custom orders please contact us for a quote. Our products are shipped via Australia Post.
All products in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom orders will be completed within 2-3 weeks depending on size of order, stock availability and timeframes agreed with customer. However, if your order is urgent, please notify us, as we always do our best to accommodate last minute requests.
Delivery
We try to deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery times set out below. The delivery times stated are indicative only and we are not responsible for any delays. Neither Blazeiart or their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.
Please note: Goods cannot be delivered during weekends or public holidays and these do not count as working days.
- Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide : 3-5 days
- Vic Zones 1-3, NSW Zones 1-3, Adelaide Zones : 3-5 days
- Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Maroochydoore, QLD Zone 1: 3-5 days
- Qld Zones 2-5 including Gladstone, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Townsville, Perth, Hobart, Launceston, Darwin, Alice Springs, QLD Zone 2-3 : 4-6 days
- QLD Zone 4, WA Zone 1-3, NT Zones 1-3 : 5-7 days
- Rest Of World : 7-12 days
Delivery address
You have the option to give a different delivery address to the billing address. This means that you can have the goods sent to your workplace for example or to a friend as a gift. Please try to give an address where there will be someone present to sign for your order between 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Customs
When purchasing goods for delivery outside of Australia you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. You are also liable for any additional customs clearance charges, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of Australia it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the countries the goods will travel through and where delivery is to be made.
